Cuts keyways in shafts. Servo and stepper axes drive the feed, a Frecon AC drive runs the spindle, and sensors home the axes.

Gold Refinery Machine

Runs a gold refining process step by step. The machine controller runs the sequence, a trigear flow sensor measures the liquid dosing, and a stepper system drives the moving parts.

Pump Life Cycle Testing Machine

Runs pumps through long test cycles to check their life. A Baumer pressure transmitter and a trigear flow sensor measure the pump output, and the controller logs each cycle.

PVC Pipe Cutting Machine

Cuts extruded PVC pipe to length. A servo drives the cutting axis, sensors detect the pipe, and a PLC-HMI combo unit runs the machine.

Metal Drilling Machine
