Pipe Cutting Machine

Cuts pipes and tubes to length. A servo feeds the pipe, a rotary encoder measures the length, and a photoelectric sensor detects the pipe end.

Pipe Ferruling and Deburring Machine

Fits ferrules and removes burrs from pipe ends. The PLC runs the cycle, an encoder tracks the tool position and proximity sensors confirm the clamp.

Pipe & Tube Bending Machine

Bends pipes and tubes to a set angle. A rotary encoder measures the bend angle, and the PLC stops the bend at the programmed value.

Lathe Machine

Turns round parts to size. An encoder tracks spindle or tool position, proximity sensors set the limits, and the PLC and HMI run the cycle.

A servo motor feeds the pipe by a set distance, and a rotary encoder on the feed roller measures the actual length, so the PLC can cut each piece to size.
