RB Automation offers five Schneider Electric Modicon logic controllers: Easy Modicon M200 for simple 2-axis machines with up to 196 I/O, M221 for hardwired architectures, M241 for performance-demanding machines, M251 for modular and distributed architectures, and M258 for larger applications with up to 2400 I/O. All include a Modbus serial link, and several add embedded Ethernet.

Choose the M221 for hardwired machines that need TM3 expansion, high-speed counters and pulse train outputs. Pick the M241 for compact high-performance machines needing speed and position control, CANopen or SAE J1939 and an Ethernet port with web server, FTP, SQL client and OPC UA server. Choose the M251 for modular machines and distributed architectures using Ethernet I/O Scanner and CANopen.

The Modicon M258 has a dual-core processor, manages up to 2400 I/O, and carries 64 MB RAM for data and program storage plus 128 MB flash memory for application and data backup.
