Electromagnetic Flow Meter
Fluido's magnetic flow meter, also known as electromagnetic flow meter or mag meter, is widely used as it has less obstruction, cost effective and gives accurate measurement. Electromagnetic flow meters don't have any moving parts to wear own, reduciing the need for maintenance or replacement. we offer flow meters with a range of liners, electrodes, and sizes, which can meet various conductive liquids.

A Fluido Sense electromagnetic flow meter, also called a mag meter, measures the flow of conductive liquids with no moving parts, so there is little obstruction and little maintenance. Fluido Sense is RB Automation's sister company. Typical users include effluent and sewage treatment plants, water supply schemes, and the textile, sugar, dairy, chemical, food and drug, and steel and aluminium industries.
The EMF is available from 15 NB to 600 NB with ANSI flanges. Accuracy is ±0.5% of reading at flow velocities of 0.5 m/s and above, across a 0.1 to 15 m/s velocity range, with bi-directional measurement. Outputs include 4-20 mA, a 1-5000 Hz frequency output and two alarm outputs, with RS485 Modbus RTU standard and HART, GPRS or PROFIBUS optional.
Choose SS316L electrodes for water, wastewater and low-corrosive media, Hastelloy C for oxidising salts and acids such as nitric acid, titanium for seawater, chloride and hypochlorite solutions, and tantalum for highly corrosive chemicals except hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. For liners, PTFE (15 to 300 NB) handles strong acids and solvents, while hard rubber (50 to 600 NB) suits general acid, alkali and salt solutions.
