Rtelligent is the motion control brand behind most of the machines we supply. As their technical partner in India, RB Automation carries the range end to end: AC servo drives and motors, open-loop and closed-loop stepper drivers, integrated motors, fieldbus drives, PLCs and HMI panels.

Because the whole axis comes from one brand, the drive, the motor and the controller are matched and speak the same protocol. That removes the usual argument about whose product is at fault when an axis hunts, and it keeps spares to one supplier instead of three.

Yes. RB Automation Private Limited is the technical partner of Rtelligent in India. We supply the full motion control range, AC servo drives and motors, stepper motors and drivers, fieldbus drives, RX series PLCs and HMI panels, from our Ahmedabad base to customers across India.

The R5 and R6 series AC servo drives, the RS series, and the S5L and S6L series, with pulse, analogue, Modbus RTU, CANopen and EtherCAT control options. They pair with RSHA, RSNA, RSMA, RSDA and RSM series servo motors, and with integrated low voltage servo motors where space is tight.

An open-loop stepper driver such as the R60 suits axes with a predictable load where a lost step is not critical. A closed-loop stepper servo drive such as the T60Plus adds encoder feedback, so the axis holds position under a varying load and reports a following error instead of silently drifting. Send us the duty cycle and we will tell you which one the machine needs.

Yes. The ECR60 and ECT60 fieldbus stepper drives, the RM500 PLC and motion controller and the REC1 coupler all run EtherCAT. The NT and EPR series cover Modbus RTU and CANopen for machines that do not need EtherCAT cycle times.

Yes. Send the load, the travel and speed, the inertia or the mechanism, the duty cycle and the control signal your PLC can give, or simply the motor and drive you are replacing. We come back with a matched drive and motor pair and the cables that go with them.
