High-Performance Card Type IO Module

Rtelligent RE series IO expansion module is a digital input and output expansion module developed based on EtherCAT fieldbus communication. The modules take up little space, are fast, and use pluggable spring crimp terminals for fast wiring.

The RE series card type IO module is an EtherCAT-based digital input and output expansion module from Rtelligent. The modules take up little space, respond fast and use pluggable spring crimp terminals for quick wiring, which makes them practical for adding IO to EtherCAT couplers and controllers inside machine control panels.

Three models are listed: RE-1616-N with 16 bipolar digital inputs and 16 NPN digital outputs, RE-3200-N with 32 bipolar digital inputs, and RE-0032-N with 32 NPN digital outputs. In the model code, the first two digits give the input points, the next two give the output points, and the final letter shows the output type, N for NPN or P for PNP.

PWR stays on when the module power supply is normal. COM is the online indicator and stays on while the module is communicating normally. ERR is off in normal operation and blinks when there is a module alarm. Together with the IO action indicator panel, these lights speed up fault finding. The terminal voltage range is 18V to 30V with optocoupler isolation.
